There are two locations for Vibee Concierge, where you can pick up your VIP gift bag, collectible laminate & lanyard, and get assistance during your stay in Puerto Rico.

The immersive experience contains art, music and memorabilia that will send you on a journey of exploration through Bad Bunny’s Puerto Rican heritage and career through exciting story-driven exhibits and installations. Travel through a beautiful Puerto Rican house and garden, into a 360 degree cave installation, inspired by the local legend of El Pozo de Jacinto. Then hit the community gathering central plaza and bar where you can enjoy handcrafted beverages with other fans, locate the secret VIP speakeasy, and shop for limited edition, exclusive merchandise for sale.

You may arrive anytime within your window, but recommend giving yourself enough time to enjoy the full experience (Approximately 30 min). Note that the last call for bar and merch is 15 minutes before your window ends.

By the main entrance, the 1st door on the right side is for handicapped guests. This is also a dedicated line for Handicapped and Senior clients who need assistance before entering the venue. Once a guest scans the ticket, they can ask the usher for a wheelchair and they escort them as close as possible to the seats.
Please use the ramp to the right of the stairs if you have reserved seating. Once inside, Service Booths are located on both the Main and Upper levels (Main Level is between Sections 120-121 & Upper Level is in Section 219) where guests with wheelchairs or other disabilities can be accommodated in the Wheelchair Accessible balconies. Please note space is limited and the venue can only accommodate the guest plus one companion.
