The immersive experience contains art, music and memorabilia that will send you on a journey of exploration through Bad Bunny’s Puerto Rican heritage and career through exciting story-driven exhibits and installations. Travel through a beautiful Puerto Rican house and garden, into a 360 degree cave installation, inspired by the local legend of El Pozo de Jacinto. Then hit the community gathering central plaza and bar where you can enjoy handcrafted beverages with other fans. Later, shop for limited edition, exclusive merchandise for sale. There is also a secret VIP speakeasy for Vibee VIPs.

We are taking steps to mitigate wait times and long lines by requiring reservations at the experience. Please show up during your designated time slot.

Yes - If you are staying at Fairmont or in a hotel near Fairmont, we have a Vibee Satellite Concierge at Fairmont El San Juan (concierge located across from Starbucks), 6063 Av. Isla Verde, Carolina, 00979, Puerto Rico. Hours are Thursdays 12pm to 10pm and Fri-Sun 10am to 10pm. Please pick up only during your concert week, to ensure we have your items for you. Why should I go to the Fairmont check-in?
If you are staying at The Fairmont or at a hotel near Fairmont, it might be convenient to pick up your stuff and stow it in your hotel before heading to the Experience. If you are VIP, this is a great option since bags that are either too large or not clear are not allowed into the Coliseo.

All guests should register to attend the party, which you can sign up for below. If you are a Vibee VIP guest, you get into the party for free. Vibee Signature guests can pay $20 advance and $40 at the door, if space allows. If there is space available, members of the public may also be let in to the pool party at the door for $40.

Is there a special entry?
Yes, for Vibee VIP Arena Floor guests, there is a VIP FLOOR ENTRY located near the box office. FOR VIBEE VIP Seated guests, there is a VIP ENTRY near the main entrance. All Signature guests enter into the gate closest to your seat, if possible.

How do I get my ticket?
Your digital tickets will be delivered to you via email directly from Ticketera, our ticketing partner. When you click “show ticket” it will take you to a page that will inform you at what date and time the barcode will be revealed. Once the barcode is revealed, you can either add it to your wallet or download a PDF. Barcodes will be sent approximately 7 days prior to show date.

The concert is not age restricted but all guests, including children, require a ticket. Due to Coliseum policy and for your safety, all minors under 16 years of age are required to be accompanied by an adult at all times during events. This rule applies to all events held at the Coliseo de Puerto Rico.

Our ticketing team is working hard to review all Vibee seats. If your seat has an obstruction, they will reassign your seat.

No, Vibee does not provide transportation. However, we do have an Uber code to share with all Vibee guests.

There are several ways to get around, including driving, rideshare, train and buses.

Can I uber from the airport to hotel?
Yes. The rideshare pickup area for Uber’s and Lyft’s will be between lanes 17-19 when you exit baggage claim - all the way at the end of the airport - this will be for guests flying mainly with American or Delta. (Jetblue’s rideshare is different)

There are no luggage trolleys at baggage claim, but there are men calledl “maleteros” who help with your bags at baggage claim and will take your baggage to your vehicle/taxi/uber. They work for tips so it's good to have some cash for this - anywhere from $3-5 should be fine.
